My character (Xivilyn) and my clan mate Paphagar aren't able to use the auto miner commands. AM:INFO shows nothing for us, and the AM:GET commands do nothing either.
Any way to fix this or do we have to make new characters?

I realize this is pretty late answering this, however I think the admin tool might have crashed during that time. This happens on occasion, and its good to get ahold of one of us admins asap so we can bring it back up. The admin tool is what handles our chat commands btw :)
